CANCELLATION POLICY

• All cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service, charged to the card on file. • Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late will forfeit their appointment and must reschedule. • Clients are able to request a free fixer upper appointment and must contact me within the three days following your appointment. If there is no communication a refund will not be issued. • If you are unable to make your appointment, please call or text prior to your appointment time. A 5-minute grace period is given once your appointment time begins. • No-call/no-shows will be charged 55% of the scheduled service fee to the card on file. If a client no-shows (misses an appointment without notice) three times, they will be permanently banned from booking future appointments.
